Fantastic location short walk to tram stop, restaurants, Zurich, everything great.

The apartment was in a good location, we would walk to the center of the city in less than 10 minutes down hill, then take the tram the 2 or 3 stops back to the apartment. It also was quite a good size, and as a couple with a toddler it was a great place to allow him room to run around.

I would not stay here again because the apartment smelled very strongly of some perfume. I am not sure if it was a cleaning product, but we would open the windows during the day, and it seemed as if the smell would come back stronger as soon as we closed the windows. There was also quite a strong smoke smell in the bedroom, especially in the pillows and sheets/mattress. As someone who suffers greatly from scents, our two night stay was wracked with headaches and a stuffy nose. I would only recommend this facility to those who have no issue with perfumes or smoke.

I always stay at this serviced apartment whenever I'm in town. Staff helped me with a taxi at my first visit. It has everything I need like Wi-Fi, a dryer, and an electric kettle. Perfect for a romantic escape.

The location is peaceful and excellent adjacent to Central station, Old Town and Bahnhofstrasse Street. Not to mention that it is located near a city center.

A great place to stay with all the facilities I could ever need. Easy access to Zurich's old town and a fully equipped kitchen. Loved the CHF 24 per day parking cost.

Mind-blowing experience at this top-notch apartment! Centrally located, it's just a short walk from the main train station. The fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment felt like a jaw-dropping home away from home. The level of cleanliness was superior, and the modern furniture made it feel brand new. The super friendly and efficient customer service was a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect and the quiet neighborhood is safe. The well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle was a bonus. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV provided entertainment. The convenience of a washer/dryer in the apartment was superb. The VIP check-in/out and luggage storage were hassle-free. Additionally, the maid service and free toiletries added extra comfort to our stay. This is definitely the place to stay when visiting the city. Great value for an incredible experience.

The staff is wonderful ! All emails prior to our arrival were answered promptly and were very informative. The apartment style unit was perfect for our week in Zurich. Very clean and comfortable with excellent attention to detail. The location of EMA was an easy walk to Old Town. There was a very short walk to public transportation if you prefer. I would highly recommend this hotel for short or long stay. I travel a great deal and would be delighted to stay at the EMA Classic Residential Suites in the future. My sister stayed at the EMA All Suites and loved it too. (They are only one street apart from each other.) We were attending my daughters wedding in Zurich. EMA added greatly to our stay in Zurich. Thank you so much!

I recently stayed at Ema House in Zurich for a week-long vacation. The apartment was clean, safe, and located in a convenient area. The kitchen was well-equipped and the free upgrade to a penthouse suite was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. The staff was helpful and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. the apartment had everything we needed and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I liked the fact that the Classic Residential Suites were well equipped (fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, bath and a half). We enjoyed our 2 bedroom apartment very much. The location was great, only about a 10 minute walk to the train station and about 25 minute walk to the lake.

We liked everything about EMA house Classic Residential Suites. People need to know going in however, there is no front desk for this building, you must go to the main hotel (about 5 minutes away) if you need anything (we didn't find this a problem). The desk is not staffed 24 hours a day, but you are given a number you can call if you need after hour assistance.

The kitchenette was fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking tools, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. the apartment was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

One minor complaint was the noise coming from the fridge and washing machine, which were a bit bothersome. Another downside was the lack of larger apartment options, making it necessary to book well in advance for families or large groups.

Very clean, well furnished and comfortable! There's an extra bathroom in the apartment for 3 adults and this could be very useful. Bathrobe and slippers for two, many towels, bath products for everyone... Little kitchenette, but nothing is missing! Simply perfect.

The instructions for using the dishwasher refers to another kind of machine...so you have to use intuition. But never mind, it can't be a matter of regret!
